How long does it take to ship the orders?

We usually process and dispatch all orders within 1 business day and the standard delivery time is 1-3 days for MUMBAI or 3-5 days for the rest of India.

Orders are usually delivered the fastest in A-1 metro cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, followed by other areas. (working days exclude National Holidays and Sundays)

The delivery timelines shared above are based on the average timelines of all our previous orders history and you are most likely to receive it within that timeline. We do our best to expedite the shipping for all orders, however, it’s possible that occasional delays may sometimes happen on a case to case basis.

Please note that zerocbd.in is not liable for any shipping delays, or loss of any kind resulting from unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as: recipient was unavailable or un-contactable, incorrectly addressed orders, weather conditions and so on. We will try our best to notify customers of the delay in such situations.

The tracking link will be available only when the order is about to dispatch and shipment is created with the courier company.

 


 

How do you ship the orders?

We have partnered with various shipment providers including but not limited to Delhivery and Ecom Express for local delivery to various pin codes in India.

 


 

Which locations do you deliver?

We deliver to more than 20,000 thousand pin-codes all over India through our courier partners. This covers almost all of the internet-enabled area of the country.

 


 

What are the delivery charges at www.zerocbd.in

We charge a flat shipping fee of 150 upto 500 gms package and 100 additional for every 500 gms above that weight.

 


 

What if the delivery that I received is damaged?

In rare cases of transport damage,

If you found the carton box damaged/tampered or without the zerocbd.in  branded tape, please reject it at delivery (even if its a prepaid order) and notify us on chat/email and we will take further action and refund you if necessary.

For all claims related to receiving a damaged product, we advise you to share video evidence of unboxing and the issue. We will not be able to entertain claims of a damaged product without video proof at the time of unboxing.

 


 

We currently ship only within India and not to any international location.
