What are the cases where we accept a Return, Refund or Replacement?<\/span><\/h3>\n

We would be happy to issue Return, Refunds or Replacements within 7 days of order delivery on the rare occasion of a mistake attributable to us including: Wrong Item Delivered, Transport Related Damage, Ordered Item Unavailable or Order Undeliverable.<\/span><\/p>\n

To be eligible for it, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/span><\/p>\n

This means that 100% of the products listed on our website are fulfilled directly by us in our own warehouse only. Due to this, We\/You do not have to rely on anyone else for sending an authentic product.<\/span><\/p>\n

Since all the products are fulfilled & delivered by zerocbd.in only, and we are the official, authorized and certified distributor\/seller of all the brands that we sell, there is no possibility of you receiving a fake product.<\/span><\/p>\n

Return and refund: any products bought under special offers\/clearance sale are not refundable or exchangeable

What happens if the product is close to expiry?<\/span><\/h4>\n

We so not dispatch any product with less than 2 months of best before date.

Though, under special offers or clearance sale, we will be selling such stocks at reduced prices and no exchange or return is possible for these orders.

We may occasionally sell products that are close to expiry on special offers or in \u201cclearance sale\u201d section, however, the expiry date will be clearly mentioned in such cases if the product is \u201cnear expiry\u201d.<\/span><\/p>

We charge flat delivery charges on each item which is reflected on the checkout page.

What happens if the product is damaged during transportation?<\/span><\/h4>\n

In rare cases of transport damage,<\/span><\/p>\n

If you found the carton box damaged\/tampered or without the zerocbd.in branded tape, please reject it at delivery and notify us on chat\/email and we will take further action.<\/span><\/p>\n

For all claims related to receiving a damaged product, we advise you to share a video<\/span><\/p>\n

evidence of unboxing and the issue. We will not be able to entertain claims of a damaged product without a video proof at the time of unboxing.<\/span><\/p>\n

What happens if I got a notification that my order was marked as delivered, but I never received it?<\/span><\/h4>\n

In an extremely rare an unlikely scenario like this, we require you to inform us within 2 days of receiving the notification of order being complete so that we can take necessary action with the courier \/ delivery person and resolve the case.<\/span><\/p>\n

How will my refund be processed once I return an item?<\/span><\/h4>\n

If you have paid using razorpay, Instamojo for payment then we will reverse the payment in the same account that you paid from.<\/span><\/p>\n

In case of Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposits as modes of payment, we will issue a cheque in the registered name of the customer.<\/span><\/p>\n

Optionally we may also issue the refund in Store Credit with your consent.<\/span><\/p>\n

How long does it take to process refunds?<\/span><\/h6>\n

We issue refunds within 3 days on our end. Your bank can take up to 7 days to process it.<\/span><\/p>\n
